Pool table with Ping Pong top and two couches. Separate eating area for a quiet breakfasts. Enormous master closet with work desk and outlet just in case you need to work and everyone else is having fun. Courtyard for lots of sun and slow morning relaxation. Star gaze at night from the hot tub! Convenient location off I/17 and Carefree Hwy. 13 minutes to the town of Carefree and North Scottsdale. 7 minutes to TSMC. 15 minutes to Desert Ridge. 19 minutes to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter. 2 minutes to Connelly's, Mountain side fitness, Wells Fargo, Albertsons, Plaza Bonita Mexican food, Streets of New York Pizza and more.

Summary: One of the best getaway oases ever! I lived in the warm pool and spent hours on the comfortable couches and seating areas. The house is a perfect layout for entertaining and for having private places to relax. It is big enough for an extended family vacation. The kitchen has every amenity and is designed for cooking and serving guests. The property is exceptionally private on a corner lot with an amazing view of the mountains and a cactus meadow. Birdsong at night and beautiful sunrises in the morning. The community facilities are close by and easily accessible, you could hear the fun activities at night. I highly recommend a stay in Tramonto. The host was welcoming, gracious and is a wealth of knowledge about vacationing in the area.
